Landing Page Copy Generator

Generate structured, ready-to-paste landing page content from a few key details.

A landing page copy generator writes the text for a landing page from a few details about your offer. RightBlogger’s Landing Page Copy Generator turns a page type, a primary keyword and a short description into a full set of sections, from the hero headline through benefits, process and FAQ to a closing call to action.

It writes copy, not a finished page. You get text organized under headings (an H1 for the hero and an H2 for each section) with no design, images or layout. Paste it into your page builder or CMS, then design around it.

It suits local businesses, SaaS and product teams, freelancers and agencies, online stores and event hosts. You need a free RightBlogger account to run it.

How to Use the Landing Page Copy Generator

1. Pick a page type

Choose the closest match from the Page Type menu. It decides which sections the tool writes.

2. Enter your keyword and description

Add the Primary Keyword / Page Topic (for example, “emergency plumber”) and a Description of the business, product, service or event. Both fields are required.

3. Add your name, CTA and location (optional)

Fill in Business / Product Name, Phone or CTA URL, City + State and Service Areas / Target Markets where they apply. Leave the location fields blank for a page that isn’t tied to a place.

4. Set tone, language and advanced options

Choose a Tone & Writing Style and Language. Then open Target Audience & Additional Instructions & more below the form for the advanced fields.

5. Generate, edit and copy

Click Generate. When the copy is ready, read it on the Content tab, make changes on the Editor tab, or ask the AI about it on the Chat tab.

The Copy button copies formatted text. Its dropdown also offers Download as .docx, Copy as Markdown, Copy as HTML and Copy as Plain Text.

What Each Setting Does

Page Type

There are seven options: Local Service Page, SaaS / Product Page, Lead Generation Page, E-commerce Product Page, Event / Webinar Page, Agency / Freelancer Page and General Landing Page. The first six each have their own section plan, compared in the table further down.

General Landing Page is for anything that doesn’t fit the other six. Whatever type you pick, you can add or drop sections with Additional Instructions.

Primary Keyword / Page Topic

The main search term or topic the page targets, up to 500 characters. The tool works it into the copy naturally, without keyword stuffing, and on Local Service pages it also goes into the H1.

Description

Up to 5,000 characters about what you offer. This is where the tool gets its facts, so include the specifics you want on the page: services, who you help, what sets you apart, guarantees, hours.

Business / Product Name

Used throughout the copy, including headings such as “Why [name]” on agency pages and “About [name]” on lead generation pages. Left blank, the copy refers to “the business”.

Phone or CTA URL

This field controls every call to action on the page:

  • A value starting with http, such as https://example.com/signup, becomes a CTA button linking to that URL.
  • Anything else is treated as a phone number and included in every CTA.
  • Left blank, the tool writes generic CTAs such as “Get Started”, “Request a Quote” or “Book a Call”.

Always include https:// on links. A bare address like example.com/book gets treated as a phone number.

City + State and Service Areas

A city tells the tool to make the copy feel local and reference the area. Service areas (comma separated) list the towns or markets you cover and feed the Service Areas section on local pages.

Tone & Writing Style and Language

Pick one of 16 tone presets (or a saved MyTone style) and any of 100+ languages. The tool already aims for a simple, human voice that isn’t salesy, so Default suits most pages.

Target Audience

Describe who the page is for, such as “homeowners with older houses” or “operations managers at small agencies”. The AI writes the problem and benefit sections with that reader in mind.

Additional Instructions

Use this to add, remove or reorder sections, change section lengths, or include things the default layouts skip, such as a pricing section.

Creativity

Lower settings give more predictable copy, higher settings more varied wording. The middle is the tuned default.

Knowledge (beta)

Add a webpage URL, upload a document (PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLS and more) or paste text, and the tool uses the relevant parts. It’s the best way to give it real product details and policies. Knowledge isn’t included on every plan; the pricing page shows which plans have it.

How the Copy Maps to a Standard Landing Page

Most landing pages follow the same arc: hero, problem, solution, benefits, proof, how it works, objections and a final call to action. The table shows which parts the generator writes for each page type, and what you still supply.

Landing page elementWhat the generator writesWhat you add
HeroEvery type: an H1, a subheadline, an intro of about 50 words and a CTAHero image, the button or form itself
Problem and solutionLocal Service, SaaS and Lead Gen get both. Agency gets The Problem plus “Why [name]”. E-commerce gets a Product Overview, and Event gets an Event Overview.Pain points in your customers’ own words, if you have them
Benefits and featuresBenefits (Local Service, E-commerce), Key Features (SaaS, E-commerce), Services (Agency), What You’ll Get and What’s Inside (Lead Gen), What You’ll Learn (Event)Photos, screenshots, specs
Social proofPlaceholders only: a trust line (SaaS), 3 testimonial templates (E-commerce), a Results section (Agency), Speakers / Hosts (Event), an About section (Lead Gen). Local Service has no proof section.Real reviews, customer counts, logos and case-study results
How it worksOur Process (Local Service, Agency), How It Works (SaaS), How To Use (E-commerce)Make sure the steps match how you actually work
Who it’s forWho This Is For (Lead Gen), Who Should Attend (Event), Use Cases (SaaS)A quick accuracy check
Objection handlingAn FAQ on every type. SaaS covers pricing, integrations, security and onboarding; E-commerce covers shipping, returns, sizing and materials.Your real prices and policies
Local signalsKey Takeaways Q&A and Service Areas (Local Service)Address, hours, map
Final CTAEvery type, using your phone number, CTA URL or a generic CTAA working form, booking link or checkout

Most body sections are written to roughly 150 to 190 words, so you start from a full draft rather than a skeleton.

What to add before you publish

  • Replace every placeholder. SaaS pages get a trust line written as placeholder text, along the lines of “Trusted by 10,000+ teams”. Put in your real number or delete it.
  • Use real testimonials only, quoted with permission. In the US, the FTC’s 2024 rule on reviews and testimonials bans fake ones, including AI-generated testimonials from people who don’t exist.
  • Fill in what the tool can’t know: event dates, times and platforms, speaker bios, case-study numbers.
  • Check every claim about licenses, years in business, response times, guarantees, prices and return terms. The tool only knows what you gave it.
  • Add everything that isn’t copy: images, your form or booking widget, trust badges and the design. The tool is told not to include images or image placeholders.
  • Write a meta title and description for search. The Meta Description Generator can draft one from your keyword.

For more options on a single section, the Call-To-Action Generator gives you extra CTA lines to test, and the Feature Benefit Outcome Generator turns one feature into benefit-led copy.

Landing Page Copy Generator FAQs

Is this an AI landing page generator or a copy generator?

A copy generator. You get Markdown text with an H1, H2 section headings, paragraphs and lists. Copy as HTML exports those elements as markup, with no styling, layout, images or forms, so you still build the page yourself.

Is the Landing Page Copy Generator free?

You can run it on a free RightBlogger account, which includes a monthly allowance. Paid plans add more usage and features. See RightBlogger pricing for details.

Can I choose which sections are included?

Yes. The page type sets the starting structure, and Additional Instructions can change it: drop a section, add pricing or testimonials, or set a different length for a section.

Can I use it for local SEO pages?

Yes. Choose Local Service Page and fill in City + State and Service Areas. The copy references the area and includes a Service Areas section and a Key Takeaways block of short questions and answers.

If you build pages for several towns, give each one real local detail rather than swapping the city name. Google’s spam policies list pages targeted at specific cities that funnel users to one page as doorway abuse.
