What is social media automation?

Social media automation is software that writes, schedules, and publishes your social posts for you. Most tools stop at the schedule; RightBlogger runs it off your blog, so when an article goes live it writes a native post for each connected network and sends it, with a full calendar for everything else.

Can I schedule my own posts too?

Yes. The Social Planner is a full calendar: compose a post, pick the accounts, and schedule it for any date and time. Automation fills the calendar from your blog; you add whatever you want around it.

Which social networks can I connect?

X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Threads, and Pinterest. Connect them once per project in the Integrations tab and pick the exact Facebook Page, LinkedIn company page, or Pinterest board to post to. Automatic article shares to Pinterest get a 2:3 pin image with the article title on it. See pricing for which networks each plan includes.

Can I post images and video?

Yes. Attach up to the network's image limit (4 on X, 10 on Facebook and Threads, 20 on LinkedIn, 1 on Pinterest) or one video per post. RightBlogger checks each network's format, size, and length limits before you post, so a scheduled post does not fail an hour later on a rule you could not see.

Do I have to write the social posts myself?

No. AI writes a caption for each network in your project brand voice. For automatic article shares the caption is written when the share goes out; until then you can mute any network or cancel the share. Posts you compose yourself can be edited per network before they send.

When does it post?

Automatic shares go out when your article goes live, or after a delay you set: 1 hour, 3 hours, or 1 day. Posts you schedule yourself go out at whatever time you pick.

Does this work with autoblogging and the Content Planner?

Yes. Turn on "Promote to social" in any automation and every post it publishes gets shared. Upcoming shares appear on your social calendar before they go out. See autoblogging for the publishing side.

Can I use it for a team or for clients?

Yes. Accounts connect per project, so clients stay separated. Send a client one connect link and they authorize their own accounts without a RightBlogger login.

Do social results show up in client reports?

Yes. Engagement and top posts can appear as a social section in your white-label client reports, next to SEO performance. Off by default, so you choose which reports include it.

Will it post without my approval?

Only what you set up. You pick the accounts, the automations, and the timing, and you can mute any network on a share before it sends. Every send is confirmed with a link to the live post; temporary failures retry automatically, and anything still failed retries in one click.

Is it included in my plan?

Yes, on every current paid plan, with 3 connected accounts per site. Solo posts to LinkedIn; Pro and Agency add X, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest. Older Lite, Pro, and Business plans do not include social. See pricing.
