FAQ Generator
Generate a list of frequently asked question (FAQ) from a phrase or keyword.
Want to add a list of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) to your blog post? An FAQ section is a great way to boost your SEO—but coming up with the questions, let alone the answers, can be time-consuming.
That’s where our AI-powered FAQ Generator can help. It’s designed to quickly create a list of relevant, SEO-friendly common questions to add to your content … and it can even write the answers too.
How to Use the AI FAQ Generator (Frequently Asked Questions Generator)
Ready to give the AI FAQ generator a try? It’s super simple to use. Here’s what to do, step by step.
Step 1. Enter Your Topic or Keyword for the FAQs
First, give the AI a topic or keyword for your FAQs. If you’re writing a blog post, this could be the idea, title, or primary keyword you’re using for the post.

Step 2. Decide Whether You Want the AI to Write Answers
By default, the FAQ generator will write answers to the questions it generates. But if you just want a list of questions to answer yourself, you can toggle this option off.
Tip: It might make sense to create questions without answers if you’re brainstorming FAQs for a product/service, rather than for an informational blog post.

Step 3. Choose Whether to Incorporate Realtime Knowledge
RightBlogger’s advanced AI can search the web and bring in realtime knowledge for your FAQs, to avoid outdated facts or references.
If you’re writing about a topic or about a field where new information comes out regularly, we recommend toggling this option on.

Step 4. Select Your Tone & Writing Style for the FAQs
By default, RightBlogger produces text that’s suitable for most blog posts and web pages. But if you have a strong brand voice, you’ll want to choose the most suitable style from the Tone & Writing Style dropdown.
There are 20 different pre-set options to pick from, including Casual, Creative, Academic, Professional, Sales-Oriented, and more.

Step 5 (Optional) Choose What Language to Use for Your FAQs
You can produce FAQs in over 100 different languages using RightBlogger: ideal if you’ve got a multilingual or non-English speaking audience.
Just select your preferred language from the dropdown. The search bar makes it quick to find the one you want.

Bonus: Use My Free SEO Checklist Along With This Tool
FAQs are just one way you can improve your search engine rankings (typically by incorporating keywords and using “People Also Ask” questions). There’s plenty more you can do when it comes to on-page optimization.
Here’s my personal SEO checklist to run through with every post you write.
- Use a good WordPress SEO plugin like Yoast SEO or RankMath
- Spend some time on keyword research to make sure you’ve chosen a keyword that’s both relevant and achievable
- Where possible, use keywords in your subheadings to encourage rich snippets and faster indexing
- Only use a single H1 header on your page: that’s the title (or headline) at the top
- Stick to correct header hierarchy, with H2 subheadings and H3 sub-subheadings
- Don’t keyword-stuff: just use your primary keyword naturally in your text
- Aim for a good mix of internal and external links (with at least 3–5 external links)
- Write a great meta description that uses keywords and hooks readers, so they’ll click through
- Include descriptive alt text for all your images, using keywords in this where possible
- Make sure your article as a whole is long enough to rank well (usually that means 1,500+ words)
- Craft an SEO-friendly and compelling meta title (SEO title), making sure it includes your primary keyword
- Use your keyword for your post’s permalink, minus any little words like “a” or “to”
How Does the AI-Powered FAQ Generator Work to Generate FAQs?
Want to get the most from the AI FAQ generator? Let’s take a closer look at how its different features work, and see how you can use some advanced options too.
1. Topic / Keyword (Enter Your Title, Headline, General Topic, or Primary Keyword)
The Topic / Keyword field is a flexible one that lets you enter a full title or headline … or a more general topic. You can also simply put in the primary keyword that you want to optimize for.
If you feel your FAQs are a little general, try making the topic/keyword more specific. For instance, instead of “Creating a YouTube Channel” you might use “Creating a YouTube Channel in the Weight Loss Niche”, which would give questions more tailored to that topic:

2. Include Answers? (Get the AI to Write Answers For You)
In most cases, you’ll want a list of not just questions but answers too.
Sometimes, it makes sense to just generate the questions. Perhaps you’re selling a product or service, or running an event, and you want some help brainstorming the types of questions your customers might have. You (or your customer support team) will fill out the answers.
Tip: Turn on “Realtime Knowledge” so that AI can pull accurate information about your product/service from the web. Here, the AI knew that RightBlogger has an Article Writer.

3. Realtime Knowledge? (Switch This On for Anything Topical or Subject to Change)
The RightBlogger AI can draw on up-to-date knowledge if you’re writing FAQs about something that’s likely to change. If you don’t turn on Realtime knowledge, the AI is limited to information from a year or two ago.
Let’s say your topic is “Who is the US President?” Without realtime knowledge, the AI may get this wrong:

At the time of writing (March 2025), Donald Trump is the US President. Turning on realtime knowledge lets the AI access this information—and create more relevant FAQs:

4. Tone & Writing Style (Experiment With Preset Tones … or Create One)
As well as wanting to answer common questions and give accurate answers, you probably want your FAQs to fit with the tone and style of the rest of your content. If your usual blogging style is fun and a bit silly, you don’t want your FAQs to be dry and boring.
Go ahead and experiment with the different tones available. If you want something even more customized, you can create your own MyTones on the RightBlogger Unlimited plan, based on a sample of your writing (or even a video).
Then, you can select the MyTone you want from the dropdown list in the FAQ tool:

5. Language (Choose Any Language for Your FAQs)
The AI can write in a huge range of languages, making it a great option for multilingual sites or businesses with customers across the world. You can easily create a comprehensive FAQ section for different countries.
Here’s the FAQ generator producing FAQs in Spanish:

6. Point of View (Set the Perspective for Your FAQs)
The FAQ generator also has a number of advanced options, which you can open by clicking the “Point of View & Target Audience & More” link.
The first of these is Point of View. Do you want your FAQs to be written from a personal perspective (“I”), as a team or company (“we”), to the reader (“you”), or in a more neutral fashion (“they”)?

7. Target Audience (Let the AI Know Who These FAQs Are Aimed At)
Who’s going to be viewing your website content? Chances are, you’ve got a specific audience in mind. Describe these ideal customers to the AI, so that it can (a) come up with common queries they might have and (b) answer them in a relevant way.

8. Additional Instructions (Give the AI Any Special Requests or Constraints)
If you have special requests for your generated content, just let the AI know. You can write in natural, everyday language, as if you were talking to a chatbot: the AI uses natural language processing to understand you.
For instance, we asked the AI to “Make our FAQ more visually appealing by including an emoji at the start of each question header. Select a different emoji each time, making sure it’s relevant to the question.”
The AI did exactly what we’d asked:

Other instructions you could add include things like:
- Limiting or extending the number of FAQs you get
- Asking the AI to focus on a specific type of FAQs (e.g. ones related to specific use cases)
- Having shorter or longer answers to the FAQs
9. Creativity (Make Your FAQs More Unusual or More Conventional)
By default, the artificial intelligence aims for a balanced amount of creativity: your FAQs won’t be too weird or too boring. But if you want to adjust the creativity level, just move the slider.
