<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Forgot your RightBlogger password? You have three ways back in: reset it by email, sign in with a one-time password (no reset needed), or use Continue with Google if that&#8217;s how you originally signed up. This guide covers all three, plus what to do if the reset email isn&#8217;t showing up.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="reset-by-email">Reset Your Password by Email</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The standard path takes about 60 seconds.</p>

<li>Enter the email address you used when you signed up.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Send Reset Link</strong>.</li>
<li>Open the email from RightBlogger and click the reset link inside.</li>
<li>On the reset page, enter a new password and confirm it.</li>
<li>You&#8217;ll be signed back in automatically.</li>
</ol>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The reset link expires after one hour. If it expires before you use it, just request a new one from the same page.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="email-not-arriving">The Reset Email Isn&#8217;t Arriving</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If the email hasn&#8217;t shown up after a couple of minutes, here are the four most common reasons, in order of likelihood:</p>

<li>Check your spam, junk, and Promotions folders. Gmail in particular often files automated emails under Promotions instead of the main inbox.</li>
<li>You might be entering a different email than the one on your account. Make sure it&#8217;s the email you originally signed up with, not a different work or personal account.</li>
<li>Double-check for typos on the forgot-password page.</li>

How to View Invoices and Manage Your Billing


<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Connecting a custom domain to your <a href="https://rightblogger.com/white-label-seo-reports" rel="dofollow" >white label SEO reports</a> lets you serve every client report from a subdomain you control (for example <code>reports.youragency.com</code>) instead of a <code>rightblogger.com</code> URL. Clients never see a RightBlogger URL anywhere on the report or in the address bar, HTTPS is set up automatically, and you only do this DNS setup once per account.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Two ways to connect:</strong> You can connect WordPress to RightBlogger using either the <a href="https://rightblogger.com/help/wordpress-integration" rel="dofollow" >RightBlogger WordPress plugin</a> (<a href="https://rightblogger.com/rightblogger-wordpress-plugin.zip" rel="dofollow" >download the plugin</a>) or your WordPress username and an <a href="https://smartwp.com/wordpress-application-passwords/" rel="dofollow" >application password</a>. Most of the errors below apply to application-password connections. If you are using the plugin and publishing fails with a 403 error, skip ahead to <a href="#firewall">Cloudflare or a firewall is blocking RightBlogger</a>, which is the most common cause.</p>

<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Double-Check Your Credentials:</strong>&nbsp;Make&nbsp;<em>absolutely sure</em>&nbsp;you’ve entered your WordPress URL, username/email, and&nbsp;<em>application password</em>&nbsp;correctly. Typos happen!</li>



<li><strong>Try Your Email Address:</strong>&nbsp;Instead of your username, try using the email address associated with your WordPress account.</li>



<li><strong>Flush Permalinks:</strong> Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to&nbsp;<code>Settings &gt; Permalinks</code>, and click “Save Changes” (you don’t need to actually change anything). This “flushes” the permalinks and can resolve some connection issues.</li>



<li><strong>Check for Conflicting Plugins:</strong>&nbsp;Some plugins can interfere with WordPress’s built-in API. Temporarily deactivate any security or API-related plugins to see if that resolves the issue. (See “Known Plugin Conflicts” section below). We talk about this later in the guide.</li>
</ol>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You&#8217;ll also want to make sure your domain name matches your integration&#8217;s URL exactly. For example, if your site is &#8220;www.sitename.com&#8221;, it needs to include the &#8220;www.&#8221;</p>
