1. Always use a reputable service (like ConvertKit, Mailchimp, AWeber, etc) to send your email newsletters.
2. Give your newsletter a clear subject line: encourage readers to open the email without being too gimmicky.

If you’re entering a URL here, make sure you’ve chosen an article or video you’re proud of and that’s worth promoting to your email list.

If you’re giving a list of points to convey, check you’ve included everything you want the AI to put in your newsletter. You can put these on separate lines or separate them with commas.

Tip: You can include up to 4,000 characters (around 700 words) in this box, so get as detailed as you like!

2. Newsletter Type (What’s the Purpose of Your Newsletter?)

The AI will usually choose an appropriate format for your newsletter based on your points or URL … but if you have a specific type of newsletter in mind, just select it from the dropdown.

The options you can choose from are:

3. Include Link? (Repurposing vs Linking to Content)

Sometimes, you’ll want to repurpose content for your newsletter. Maybe you’re creating a newsletter based on a video, but you want the newsletter to stand alone as a full piece of content. You don’t need a link to the original. 

Other times, you’ll be using your newsletter to promote an article, video, or podcast episode. If that’s the case, you’ll need to include a link. 

4. Tone & Writing Style (Create a Newsletter That Matches Your Brand Voice)

The newsletter the AI creates should be on-brand in terms of style. This helps you build a consistent connection with your list—they’ll know what to expect from you.

For instance, you might put in “parents of young children who also work full time” or “former customers who haven’t bought from us in a while”.

8. Additional Instructions (Anything Else You Want the AI to Do?)

If you have any special requests for your newsletter—perhaps you want a certain type of intro, for instance, or you want a “P.S.” at the end—then you can add these in the Additional Instructions box.
