How do I find my Wix Site ID, API Key, and Account ID to connect with RightBlogger?
Your Wix Site ID is in the URL when you open your Wix site dashboard. Look at the address bar and copy the ID from the path, then paste it into the Site ID field in RightBlogger.
To get your API Key, go to Settings → API Keys → Generate API Key in Wix. Name the key, give it Wix Blog permissions, then generate and copy the token.
On that same API Keys page, you can find your Account ID on the right side of the screen. Copy it and paste it into the Account ID field in RightBlogger to finish the connection.
If you want a quick overview of how this connection works, you can also review the main Wix integration page for RightBlogger. It explains at a high level what the integration does and why it helps your workflow.
Why should I connect my Wix blog to RightBlogger instead of just posting directly in Wix?
Connecting Wix to RightBlogger lets you write, edit, and publish from one place. You do not have to copy and paste content between tools, which reduces errors and saves a lot of time.
RightBlogger gives you AI tools to research, outline, and write full posts in one workflow. With the connection on, you can send a polished article straight to Wix as a draft or a live post.
You can also pair the integration with features like RightBlogger’s AI Article Writer to plan and create posts faster. This makes it easier to keep a consistent publishing schedule on your Wix blog without extra manual steps.
If you use other platforms too, you can manage them from the same account by exploring all supported blogging integrations. That way you keep your content process simple, even if you run multiple sites.
Will my posts from RightBlogger publish live on Wix right away, or as drafts?
RightBlogger lets you choose if new posts go live right away or stay as drafts in Wix. During setup, you can turn on Publish Immediately if you want posts to be published as soon as you send them.
If you leave Publish Immediately off, every article you send from RightBlogger will appear as a draft in your Wix blog. This is helpful if you want to do a final review, add images, or tweak formatting before publishing.
You can change this setting in your Wix integration inside RightBlogger at any time. Many users start with drafts until they trust their workflow, then switch to instant publishing once they feel confident.
Can I use RightBlogger to manage content for Wix and other CMS platforms at the same time?
Yes, you can connect Wix and other content platforms to the same RightBlogger account. This is useful if you run more than one blog or publish to different sites.
RightBlogger supports multiple CMS tools, so you can send the same article to different platforms or tailor versions of a post for each site. You control where each article goes from the Send To menu.
To see what other systems you can connect, check out the overview of CMS and publishing integrations in RightBlogger. If you also use platforms like WordPress or Webflow, you can manage them beside your Wix site in one clean workflow.
When you combine integrations with features like post scheduling in RightBlogger, you can plan weeks of content across all your sites at once and publish on autopilot.
