The Agreement
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern the RightBlogger affiliate program (the "Program"), run by RightBlogger, LLC ("RightBlogger", "we", "us") through Rewardful. By applying to the Program, sharing an affiliate link, or accepting a commission, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service (https://rightblogger.com/terms) and our Privacy Policy (https://rightblogger.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not take part in the Program.
Eligibility and Enrollment
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must give accurate contact and payout information and keep it current. One affiliate account per person or business.
- We may approve, decline, suspend or close any affiliate account at our discretion, including when a site, channel or audience does not fit the Program.
- You do not need to be a RightBlogger customer, but you may only describe features and results you have actually used or seen.
Commissions
- Monthly plans: 50% of the referred customer's first three successful monthly payments. Annual plans: 50% of the first annual payment.
- A referral counts when a new customer clicks your affiliate link and starts a paid plan within 60 days of that click. Attribution goes to the last affiliate link clicked. Existing customers, and anyone who signs up without the tracking cookie, are not eligible.
- Commissions lock 30 days after the customer's payment, once our refund window has passed. A refund, chargeback, failed payment or fraudulent order voids the related commission, and we may deduct amounts already paid from future payouts.
- Referring yourself, your household, your employer, your own business or clients you bill for RightBlogger is not allowed and voids the commission.
- Our records in Rewardful are the record of referrals and commissions. We resolve attribution disputes in good faith and our decision is final.
Payouts
- Payouts are made by PayPal only, to the PayPal email on your affiliate account. The minimum payout is $5.00 in locked commissions.
- Locked commissions are paid on or around the 1st of each month. A commission that locks after a payout date is paid on the next one.
- You are responsible for any taxes and PayPal fees on your commissions. We may ask for tax forms before paying.
- We may hold a payout while we review referrals for compliance with these Terms.
Required Disclosure
You must clearly and conspicuously tell your audience that you earn a commission from RightBlogger every time you share your affiliate link or recommend RightBlogger. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require this, as do similar rules in the UK, the EU, Canada and Australia, and it is a condition of taking part in the Program. This means:
- Put the disclosure before the affiliate link and before any recommendation, where a reader sees it without scrolling, clicking, hovering or expanding anything. A line in a footer, sidebar, "about" page or profile bio does not count.
- Use plain words, such as "I earn a commission if you buy through this link", "This post contains affiliate links" or "#ad". Labels like "#sp", "partner", "collab" or "thanks RightBlogger" are not enough on their own.
- Repeat the disclosure on every page, email, video, podcast episode and social post that contains your link. A disclosure on one page does not cover another.
- In video and audio, say the disclosure out loud and show it on screen when you first mention RightBlogger. In a live stream, repeat it periodically so viewers who join late see it.
- On social platforms, put the disclosure in the post or caption itself, not only in a platform tag or your profile, and keep it inside the part of the caption that shows before "more".
- Only recommend RightBlogger if you have used it, and say what you actually think. Do not describe features you have not tried or results you have not seen.
Referrals made without a proper disclosure are not eligible for commission, and repeated or deliberate non-disclosure ends your participation in the Program.
Honest Promotion
- Everything you say about RightBlogger must be true and match what is on rightblogger.com at the time. Do not promise rankings, traffic, income or results.
- Do not create, buy or post fake reviews, ratings or testimonials, and do not pay or incentivize anyone to leave a review of RightBlogger.
- Do not present yourself as RightBlogger, as an employee, or as an official partner beyond being an affiliate. Do not use our name in the sender name or subject line of an email.
- Only share pricing, discounts and promo codes that RightBlogger has published. Do not invent codes or post your link on coupon and deal sites with unofficial offers.
Prohibited Methods
The following void the related commissions and can end your participation immediately:
- Bidding on "RightBlogger", "Right Blogger", misspellings of them, or our domain name in search ads, or sending any search ad to your affiliate link. Social ads that do not target our brand terms are fine.
- Registering domains, subdomains, social handles, app names or pages that contain RightBlogger or a confusingly similar name.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders, redirects that set the tracking cookie without an intentional click, or masking the destination of your link.
- Unsolicited email, SMS or direct messages. Every email you send must comply with CAN-SPAM and the equivalent laws where your recipients live.
- Paying people to sign up, or offering cashback, rebates or other rewards for using your link.
- Promoting RightBlogger through content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or that breaks the rules of the platform it appears on.
Using the RightBlogger Brand
While you are in the Program you may use the RightBlogger name and the logos published at https://rightblogger.com/brand to promote RightBlogger, without altering them. This license is limited, non-exclusive and revocable, and it ends when your participation ends. It does not let you register any trademark, domain or handle that includes our name.
Tracking
Referrals are tracked by a cookie that Rewardful sets in the visitor's browser for 60 days after they click your link. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser accepting that cookie, so we cannot guarantee that every referral is recorded. Your affiliate account details are shared with Rewardful and PayPal to run the Program and pay you.
Term, Termination and Changes
- You may leave the Program at any time by closing your affiliate account or emailing us. We may end your participation at any time, and immediately for a breach of these Terms.
- When participation ends, legitimate commissions that have already locked are paid on the next payout date. Commissions tied to a breach are void.
- We may change commission rates, the cookie duration or these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, email the address on your affiliate account. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept it.
Relationship and Liability
You take part in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture, and you may not make promises or commitments on our behalf. The Program is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the commissions we paid you in the twelve months before the claim. These Terms are governed by the same law and dispute resolution terms as our Terms of Service.
