Inside your monitor
Track your questions, compare visibility, and inspect the answers behind each mention.
Track the prompts buyers actually type, asked live on four AI platforms. Every answer is scanned for your brand, your competitors, and the sources behind it.
Connect a site and get starter prompts. Edit them to match the questions your readers or customers ask.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude on Solo, Pro, and Agency. Choose your platforms within 25 checks per site each month.
Your project country guides scans where country targeting is supported. Sampled answers can differ from individual chats.

One score shows how often AI names your brand, per platform, scan over scan.
The share of discovery answers that name you, by platform. Questions already naming your brand are excluded.
Your mention share against every tracked competitor, and where you rank in each answer.
See gained and lost prompts and score changes when scans have comparable coverage.

Read the answers that name your brand, see their sentiment, and review possible inaccuracies against evidence from your site.
See whether AI recommends you, lists you, or steers buyers away.
When your site provides enough evidence, answers naming you are checked for possible discrepancies, with the AI's words beside the source.
With Site Agent enabled, turn a lost prompt into a task with the competitors and cited sources needed to work on it.
Brands recurring in your answers surface as one-click tracking suggestions.
Find citations to your site in a broader collection of Google AI and ChatGPT answers, where coverage is available.

AI cites its sources. The monitor ranks every cited page and domain, so you know where to earn your next mention.
Ranked by how often they sit behind answers to your prompts.
Named and linked are different wins. The monitor tracks both.
Build the cite-able pages with the AI SEO Editor and Article Writer.

How it works
Open AI Brand Monitor for your connected site. Review the starter prompts and competitors, then make them your own.
Start with 8 prompts across 3 platforms monthly: an estimated 24 of your 25 included checks. Adjust prompts and frequency to fit your allowance.
Review your mentions and cited sources, improve your content, and follow changes in your next scan.
Visibility, times named, average position, and sentiment for every prompt.
Review saved excerpts from each AI answer and the sources it cited.
Being named first beats being named fifth. Both are tracked.
30, 60, and 90-day trend lines, overall and per platform.
Estimated monthly volume of Google AI and ChatGPT queries whose answers cite your domain, based on available coverage.
AI-suggested prompts to track, including questions you already appear in.
Weekly, monthly, or off for each platform, within your monthly check allowance.
Your monitor collects new answers automatically. Each platform runs on its configured schedule.
Share visibility and mention data under your own brand on the Agency plan.

AI brand monitoring is tracking how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude talk about your brand when people ask them buying questions. Instead of checking each app by hand, a monitor asks your tracked prompts on a schedule and reports whether the answers mention you, how they portray you, and which competitors and sources they favor.
Add the prompts your buyers ask, like "best email tool for creators", and AI Brand Monitor asks them on ChatGPT (and Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude) each scan. Every answer is checked for your brand name and domain, so you see exactly which questions surface you and which ones ChatGPT answers with a competitor instead.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude, using sampled model answers with web search. Results can differ from individual chats. All four are available on Solo, Pro, and Agency, with a shared allowance of 25 checks per site per month. New monitors start with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity enabled; you can enable Claude by adjusting your prompts or platform mix to fit the allowance.
One check is one prompt asked once on one platform. Solo, Pro, and Agency each include 25 checks per site per month. The default 8 prompts across 3 platforms monthly estimates 24 checks. To scan all 4 platforms monthly, for example, use 6 prompts for the same 24 checks. Settings shows the estimate before you save.
You can change the frequency for each platform in Settings. If the estimate exceeds your allowance, use fewer prompts, fewer platforms, or a slower schedule. There is no self-service check top-up. Solo, Pro, and Agency have the same 25-check allowance per site, so upgrading adds sites rather than increasing the checks for an existing site.
Your AI visibility score is the percentage of successful discovery answers that name your brand. Questions already naming your brand are excluded. If 6 discovery prompts return answers on 3 platforms and 3 of those 18 answers mention you, visibility is about 17 percent. Failed checks are not counted as missing mentions; partial scans are marked, and comparisons are withheld when coverage differs. Brand-specific questions remain available for reputation and accuracy checks.
Share of voice compares your brand mentions against your competitors across discovery answers. Questions already naming your brand are excluded from new scans. If AI answers for your prompts mention brands 40 times and 10 of those are you, your share of voice is 25 percent. It is the fastest way to see who is winning the recommendation for your category.
Social listening tools watch social posts and news for brand mentions. Rank trackers watch your position in Google results. AI Brand Monitor watches the answers AI assistants give buyers, which neither of those covers, and pairs the data with sentiment, share of voice, and the cited sources behind each answer.
Two levers. First, publish content that directly answers the prompts you want to win, then optimize it with the AI SEO Editor so it is the clearest source on the topic. Second, earn mentions on the pages AI already cites, which the monitor lists for you. Comparison posts, listicles, and community threads behind AI answers are the highest-value targets.
Solo, Pro, and Agency include AI Brand Monitor. It is not included on the Free plan or legacy plans. Each connected site gets its own monitor and 25 checks per month, so an Agency plan tracking 10 client sites has a separate allowance for each monitor.
Yes. On the Agency plan each client site has its own monitor, and white-label client reports let you share visibility, share of voice, and mention data under your own brand.
